Is there a fee for manual withdrawal?

The user will be responsible for any gas fees incurred by RCRDSHP for crypto withdrawals. Because gas fees are volatile and constantly fluctuating, this amount is subject to change. Please refer to the "Ineligible balance" section when submitting your request for the current gas fee.

What are the different withdrawal methods? 

Currently, we only support withdrawals via Dai (to a ERC-20 compatible Ethereum wallet)

What are my limitations for withdrawal?

1. The total amount equal to any credit/debit card purchases made within the last 90 days will not be eligible for withdrawal.
2. The total amount of Balance top-up purchases made within the last 90 days will not be eligible for withdrawal. This includes crypto and credit/debit card purchases (subject to AML regulations).
3. The maximum amount eligible for withdrawal per transaction is $2,500.00.

What constitutes the 90-day non-withdrawable amount?

Simply put, it includes all credit/debit card purchases and all Balance top-ups purchased with crypto or credit/debit card within the last 90 days.

This includes:

• Packs purchased during Drops using a credit/debit card.
• Collectibles purchased on the Marketplace using a credit/debit card.
• Balance top-up purchased under the Profile Menu with crypto or credit/debit card (subject to AML regulations).
• Prepaid Payment Codes (RCRDSHP In-Store Credit) purchased on your Account using a credit/debit card.

It does not include:

• Collectibles you have sold on the Marketplace, even if the person buying it from you has used a credit/debit card. This will, however, affect the buyer's 90-day non-withdrawable amount.

What is the format of ERC-20 compatible Ethereum wallet address?

There are three requirements for the address to be accepted:

1. It has a total of 42 characters.
2. The first two characters are 0x.
3. The next 40 characters are hexadecimal, which includes numbers from 0-9 and letters from A-F.
